Getting ready for British Alpaca Futurity

Well, another week has gone by, Finished my Spreadsheet College final assignment/assessment! Yay!

Went to Brecon Farmer’s Market yesterday and despite  customers ‘flying in’ and then rushing off to watch the match (Rugby Six Nations – Scotland v Wales) in local pubs, had quite a good and enjoyable day also gained some new customers. On the way home, collected more metalwork that has been on order for the Timbertops but needless to say as I was going to miss seeing the match, listened on radio  all the way. Then Fish & Chip supper to celebrate lol!

Next Friday and Saturday (15th/16th March) I will at the British Alpaca Futurity Show so if anyone is going and wants to bring bobbins to be replicated or wheels needing repair – it might save you some postage/carriage. One wheel coming in already. Clive is not going to be there (too busy getting orders done) but most things I can still advise on and I can still do minor on the spot repairs. Do call by and say ‘hello’

Also if anyone would like to order spinning and weaving accessories in advance see I can try and make sure I have the item with me and keep it by for you. For those going to show, do call by the Woodland Turnery stand (table) and say hello.

Right off to get on again loads to do this week!! Today must get stock take done (to see what I am still without), A sold Recon Wheel to be packed as it is going North tomorrow, Folksy orders and website orders to be packed. Then this week apart from College Monday -Stock to get made, wheels to finish reconditioning  and I better pack some clothes too lol.
